As reported on Getaway; "The Hope and Anchor Hotel, reputed to be Australia's oldest pub, was built in 1807, just three years after Hobart was settled."

So it's fitting that the building houses a museum of Maritime and Wartime memorabilia.

Come in for a beer, and arrange to take a wander through the upstairs rooms and see the collection of artefacts.
